Weekend Tips: Hitting House of Holi

Cinnamon Kitchen (of the Cinnamon Soho fame) brings back their pop-up to Devonshire Square for their annual celebration of the Holi Festival, House of Holi! Londoners, don’t miss the chance to make your weekend rainbow-hued by donning protective gear and throwing colourful handfuls of paint to each other!

To match the bright entertainment, here’s some equally vibrant recs to make your weekend complete:

Cinnamon Soho

If you enjoyed the food and drink at House of Holi, you cannot miss Cinnamon Kitchen’s sibling, Cinnamon Soho. This member of the Cinnamon family is relaxed, modern and stylish, with a menu that takes inspiration from Indian tradition but mixes it with occidental influences. Cinnamon Soho recently launched their all-day Sunday brunch, with the option of adding unlimited bubbles to your mid-morning paratha!

Mint Leaf

Another fine option for your high-end Indian dinner in The City, Mint Leaf is also big on keeping their traditional flavours lively mixed with modern culinary twists. An elegant venue that can also be hired for private events, and where you can perfectly have a relaxing meal followed by a lively cocktail and a bit of boogie.

Boisdale Bishopsgate

Not Indian or Holi Festival-themed, but there’s nothing dull about Boisdale, from their bold decoration to their live music selection! Their venue at Bishopsgate is super close to House of Holi, so maybe after the fun and games (and the food) you’re still riding the adrenaline rush and fancy a bit of a dance! Compulsory to sample any of their fine whiskeys, it’s not for nothing that Boisdale has the biggest selection in London…

London, let us see your true colours this weekend! We hope you enjoy the Holi Festival and our bespoke recs, all of which are within the ENTERTAINER London app and London Cheers!
