Smiles are valid for 13 months from the date they are credited to your ENTERTAINER account. However, if you do not renew your membership, Smiles will expire on the date your membership expires.
Once Smiles are expired, they cannot be reinstated, so be sure to use them. To find out your Smiles expiration date, check your Smiles tab in your app.
