We went along to meet Darren, the lovely manager of Tribeca Kitchen & Bar. Half Italian but originally from Scotland, he’s a long way from home! Not only that but he’s only been in Dubai for 10 months so he really is a newbie! Get to know Darren as he tells us a little more about the relaxed local neighborhood lounge bar with an arty edge.
