With experience spanning over 10 years in loyalty and having worked with Aimia and ICLP, Phil has worked with leading airlines, banks, retailers and educators to develop robust acquisition, engagement and retention strategies across brands including Etihad Airways, Mastercard, Visa, DHL, Sephora, Carrefour to name but a few.
