Your invoice will come from the ENTERTAINER or the property directly. In some cases, it won’t be possible for us to supply you with an invoice. You’ll need to contact the property or accommodation provider directly.

For bookings made via the App, you will receive a confirmation via email, and you will also be able to see your reservation details through the App.

For bookings made directly with the hotel, you will receive an email confirmation from the hotel.
