I’ve placed an order, but my order is not reflecting in my ENTERTAINER app.

If you face issues placing an order using Atome, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Ensure you are logged into the ENTERTAINER app with the same email you used when ordering. 
  2. Check that the ENTERTAINER offers you are using are part of your purchased product.  
  3. You may have received your order confirmation via email. Check for an email if it is not reflecting in your app account.
