If you face troubles placing an order using Postpay, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Ensure you are logged into the app with the same email you used when ordering.
  2. Check that the offers you are using are part of your purchased product.
  3. You may have received your order confirmation via email. Check for an email if it is not reflecting in your app account.
