How do I change location in the app?

The ENTERTAINER displays the offers around you based on your location. When you change the location and re-open the app, the location in the app will change.

If you have not enabled location settings, we will not know where you are, and you will be asked to choose your location upon opening the app.

Please also note if you do not enable location settings for the app, the offers will not appear in order of proximity to you.

For iPhone users, please follow the below steps. 

  1. Close your ENTERTAINER app. Click settings from your phones home screen.
  2. Scroll down until you see the ENTERTAINER app. Click to open.

3. Click Location

4. This allows you to switch the location on and off.

For Android users, please follow the below steps. 

  1. Close your ENTERTAINER app. Click settings from your phones home screen.
  2. Click on the top right hand three dots icon

3. Select App permissions and click ‘location’

4. Swipe to turn location on and off for the app.

If you are in one location but want to to see offers in another, opt for the never option on the above screen on your phone.

When you open the app, it will allow you to choose the location to view offers in that location.

To view offers in your location by proximity, you need to enable the location settings to either ‘whilst using’ or ‘always’ option.
