With ENTERTAINER family, you can only use a single account to sign into a single device. If you sign in using a Primary Member’s details, they will be signed out of the one they are signed into.

We want to make sharing an ENTERTAINER account safer and more relevant to each user. We recommend that Primary Members do not share their credentials with other members; just add them as family.

All 5 members sharing an account, and therefore an ENTERTAINER family, need to sign in using their own username and password.
