Ethos is a self-service vegan cafe by day, table service by night. They operate on a ‘pay by weight’ system, so you only pay for the food you eat and nothing goes to waste. Ethos takes care of every dietary requirement imaginable such as vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free. On a diet, no problem! The food is tasty AND healthy—it’s a win-win. Find Ethos in the heart of London, Oxford Circus.

Absurd Bird

At Absurd Bird, there’s something for everyone. Extreme hot wings (if you can handle it), mama’s homemade chicken and waffles, and bird-less burgers for veggies and vegans. Absurd bird use free-range chickens from Fosse Meadows farm and desserts are baked in-house (none of the shop-bought stuff). If you’re looking for good value, honest American grub, get down to Absurd Bird (available in London, Leeds, Bath, Exeter and Glasgow).
