Try the wagyu dishes together with sake, or dip into their Wagyu-infused Whisky. You can either drink it neat, which is recommended to taste the smoky goodness of the whisky, or you can request a cocktail as a base.
A must-try wagyu dish here is the Wagyu Tartare, served with a nest of crispy cha soba and a raw quail egg. If you’re thinking of pairing the Wagyu Tartare with a Wagyu-infused whisky, we won’t stop you. This is probably the best place in town to experience that.
