Dine Outside in Birmingham

Let’s face it; we haven’t had the warmest Summer. But, let’s not give up hope just yet. When Summer finally rolls around and all you want to do is soak up the sun, you’ll be looking for somewhere to dine outside.

Luckily for you, here’s a roundup of our favourite spots for Birmingham al fresco dining.

1565 Restaurant, Bar & Terrace

1565 Restaurant, Bar & Terrace serves up sumptuous grills and elegant afternoon teas in Birmingham. It is an all-day dining destination with flavour-packed dishes served in chic surroundings.

Starters include pan-fried pigeon breast with glazed figs and curried prawn fishcakes with mango and sweetcorn salsa. For mains, sample the likes of seared Barbary duck breast with caramelised baby pear, pan-roasted guinea fowl with cavolo nero or a range of delicious steaks from the grill.

The Green Room

The Green Room is the closest café, bar plus restaurant to the Birmingham Hippodrome Theatre that is home to the Birmingham Royal Ballet, the Patrick Centre, the Welsh National Opera and the Dance Exchange. Being practically on the doorstep of Birmingham’s top theatre, this restaurant is the perfect place to come and grab a pre-theatre meal or relax with some interval or post-theatre drinks.

And look at the SIZE of that cheesecake slice! That’s enough for you plus two!!
