We want happy customers so it’s important that you have a clear understanding of how you can use your offers.
To make it even easier I’m just going to quickly take you through the top tips you need to know about using your offers:
Offers are valid 7 days a week, all year long but we do have some exclusion days when merchants do not have to accept offers. These exclusion days cover all Public Holidays as well as special occasion days such as Christmas Eve, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. They vary by destination, but all of the exclusion days are listed clearly in the RULES OF USE.
For dining & leisure offers two people need to be present to redeem an offer – seeing as it’s Buy One Get One Free this is pretty reasonable right?
Beauty & Fitness offers are a little different – if enjoying a beauty treatment such as a manicure or facial – you can actually use these offers on your own. You simply pay the full amount for the first treatment and the next time your visit it will be complimentary. How awesome is that?!
You can use our offers in groups – but the maximum number of offers that can be used on one bill is 4 offers. And of course you can’t get round this by trying to split the bill.
Finally the Buy One Get One Free offer is only applicable for the item listed on the offer – e.g. a Main Course. I know not all menus are conveniently laid out with Starters, Mains and Desserts – so if you’re ever unsure why not just ask the waiter to clarify what is included in the offer? They’ll be happy to help.
