We went along to THE BAR in the Rixos, where the lovely Prithvi opened up the bar especially for us, as it’s normally closed in the day. Not only did he do this for us, he also showed us how they make their popular summer mocktail, whilst still serving guests! So thank you Prithvi, whoever said men weren’t good at multi-tasking obviously haven’t met you!
