Everyone who has featured in our project to meet the faces behind the places has been so helpful. But if there’s one who deserves an extra brownie point then it’s Vivek, the bartender from Cargo, Pier 7.
Vivek not only volunteered to be filmed for our project but he also came in especially on his day off. That’s some dedication and just shows how professional he is. Initially very shy at being filmed, Vivek soon came into his own and looked right at home flaring and juggling behind the bar. We loved watching him perform and his experience at Cargo really shines through. Take a look for yourself and make sure to say hi to him next time you’re in Cargo!
