First Stop: Green Planet
Who else has been excited about The Green Planet opening? I certainly have! A tropical rain forest in the middle of our concrete jungle, The Green Planet promises to amaze and inspire our appreciation of the fantastic world we live in. Be prepared to be transported to another place where you’ll encounter unique species that can be found in the forests of our world. You’ll see South American toucans, crocodile lizards, tree boas, and porcupines. There’s even a Sloth! A truly enlightening experience which everyone will enjoy.
Pit Stop: Earth Fruits Yogurt
The humidity and jungle temperature in The Green Planet may have left you feeling hot and sticky. Looking for the perfect way to cool down? Frozen yogurt! Head to Earth Fruits Yogurt where you’ll get to sample exotic and delicious flavors with a vast selection of toppings and fresh fruit choices. What’s even better is it’s low cal meaning you can afford to have another scoop!
Shop Stop: Wander around the shops
City Walk is no ordinary mall. For a minute you’ll forget you’re in Dubai and instead will escape to the chic city of London. You’ll know exactly what I mean if you’ve seen the genuine red telephone boxes! Wander around the beautiful glass fronted windows and marvel at the gorgeous clothes and trinkets on offer. Just be prepared to flex that credit card!
Lunch Stop: Burger Joint New York
A simple menu at a restaurant is often seen as lazy. However, I believe it’s the complete opposite and is, in fact, a very brave step. There’s nowhere to hide with a simple menu and Burger Joint New York executes simplicity perfectly. Ranked as the number one burger in New York City by TripAdvisor and the guardian, Burger Joint New York is fast becoming a favourite in City Walk Dubai. Head down there for a slice of the big apple and mouth-watering gourmet burgers.
Play Stop: Hub Zero
Head to Hub Zero and you’ll soon forget whether you’re in the real world or if you’ve accidently stepped foot into a virtual reality. A massive space spread over two floors covering 15,000 square meters, Hub Zero is a unique, futuristic, and immersive park that features over 18 interactive attractions. Each attraction is shaped around some of the world’s most popular video games which make Hub Zero a gamer’s heaven!
Dinner Stop: La Postreria
Complete your day with dinner at the lovely La Postreria. Offering a wide array of original dishes, such as potatas bravas, traditional lasagna, and lamb shank. Whatever you decide to order, La Postreria will ensure you have a delicious meal to round off your day of activities.
