What is ENTERTAINER Go?
ENTERTAINER go is an in-destination App. It includes a complete guidebook for free and the possibility to buy a ticket for any attraction in over 160 destinations.
You will also be able to enjoy more than 100 buy one get one free offers for restaurants, spas and salons across select locations: Abu Dhabi, Amsterdam, Bahrain, Bali, Cape Town, Cyprus, Dubai, Durban, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, London, Malta, Muscat, Singapore.

How do I set up an account on the app?
This is really easy. After you have installed the app, you will be greeted with our log in and registration screen. Simply hit “Register” and follow the instructions to create your account.
If you have an existing ENTERTAINER account, simply log in with your registered details.

Do I need data/Wi-Fi to use the app?
You can save your map location offline to view and use; however, you will need to be connected in order to book your tours or make a redemption.
What is the guidebook all about?
The guidebook is exactly that—a guide that you can access via the App for the city you are in. You can easily download this for convenient use offline.
How can I access my offers?
After purchasing the ENTERTAINER 2019, members need to download the ENTERTAINER go App, and log in with their ENTERTAINER details. After making their first redemption, members will have 30 days to use their ENTERTAINER go offers. After these 30 days, members will have the option to purchase further offers.
ENTERTAINER 2-for-1 offers
How long are my buy one get one free offers valid for?
After redeeming your first offer, you will have 30 days to enjoy all of your ENTERTAINER go offers. After this period, you will need to purchase further offers.
How many offers can I use in one transaction?
For every two people you can use one offer, so if there are four people, you can use two offers. A maximum of four offers can be used per table/bill.
Are offers are unlocked across all cities?
Yes, all the offers available in all GO destinations are unlocked at the same time.
What are the different types of offers available?
All ENTERTAINER offers are Buy-One-Get-One-Free offers (BOGOF)
What are the categories of offers available?
The ENTERTAINER offers are available for restaurants & bars, and also for beauty centers and spas.
How to use Entertainer 2-for-1 offers
How can I use Entertainer 2-for-1 offers?
Redeeming is simple, when redeeming a restaurant voucher for example you will simply let the waiter know that you have a voucher prior to requesting your final bill. The waiter will request to enter the pin against your voucher. Your bill will then be given with the discount applied for the offer you have redeemed.
When does the validity start for Entertainer offers?
The validity starts from the day you register in the app. The validity depends on the product you have bought and can range from 1 to 90 days.
How do I change/cancel my purchased offers?

How do I buy my ticket?
You can access all of the activities available in the city by clicking on “view all” tab at the right side of the “Best things to do” section. Click on an activity, check the availability for your date, choose the number of people, and follow the purchase process until the payment gateway.
Where can I find my purchased tickets?
You will be able to find your purchased tickets in the ‘My Tickets’ section in the main icon bar at the bottom of the screen.
How do I present my ticket at the attraction?
When you arrive at the attraction, make your way to the counter and present your ticket on your phone.
What is the procedure to cancel or change a purchased ticket?
If you want to cancel or change a ticket that you have purchased, you will need to contact the ENTERTAINER Customer Service at [email protected]
Do I need internet connection to access my ticket once purchased?
Once you have purchased a ticket, you can download it for offline use.

What does ‘Download for offline use’ mean?
After choosing to ‘download for offline use’, members will be able to access the Planner and Guidebook without internet connection.
What features can be used in offline mode?
Members can use the Guidebook and Planner offline.
Can I buy an activity ticket in offline mode?
No, to buy an Activity ticket, you will need internet connection.
Can I redeem an offer in offline mode?
No, to redeem an offline, you will need internet connection.
