We’ve been huge fans of Carly Neave, AKA ‘Lean Living Girl‘ for ages now. Ever since she rocked up on the Dubai scene with her lifestyle tips, fitness guides, and healthy recipes we’ve hungrily devoured her blog posts like there’s no tomorrow. I’m a huge fan of re-creating her recipes and her Greek Yoghurt, Lemon and Chia Seed Pancakes are often created in my household!
But this lovely lady isn’t just about fantastic recipes, she’s also about looking and feeling the very best you can. And being a personal trainer she is more than qualified to let us into a few fitness secrets. So, with our 2017 mission to be healthier, happier, and all round more fabulous we asked Carly to show us a quick but super effective fitness routine we can do absolutely anywhere (even in the office!). After all, we’re all super busy people so we need something fast and more importantly fun!
