Cocktail Kitchen has taken the famous Italian street food, Olive Ascolana and transformed it into a sophisticated snack you’ll want to eat again and again.
Our initial thoughts were, wow this recipe may look simple but it is, in fact, a labour of love! It is certainly not a quick or particularly easy recipe! This is exactly what we love about Cocktail Kitchen. The imagination, passion, and hard work put into every single item of their menu so that you, as the customer, have the best experience possible. This was clear when we met Lorena, Jay, and Francis, each of them eager for us to feel right at home at Cocktail Kitchen.
